At DriveArmor, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy to understand the timelines and processes for your order.


Processing Time
All orders are custom-prepared and undergo a quality check before shipping.
Lead Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing your order. This includes cutting and packaging your custom RoadShield™ PPF kit to ensure a perfect fit for your vehicle.


Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
 • Domestic (USA): Typically 3-7 business days after processing.
 • International: Shipping times vary by country but generally take 7-14 business days after processing.


Shipping Rates
 • Domestic (USA): Flat-rate or free shipping on qualifying orders. Rates will be calculated at checkout for smaller orders.
 • International: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, custom kits begin production and cannot be modified.


Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team at help@drive-armor.com immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
